Overseas bamboo licenses

This listing is for a commercial production license for one seamless design to be printed through an overseas or bamboo supplier.

This license is required for shops that wish to print one of my seamless designs through a bamboo or overseas manufacturer.

✨ What This License Allows:

• Permission to print one purchased design through an overseas or bamboo supplier
• Permission to sell finished products made from that fabric (clothing, accessories, etc.)
• Unlimited finished product sales
• Non-exclusive commercial production rights

📌 Important:

• This listing does NOT include the digital design file. The design must be purchased separately.
• License applies to one specific design only.
• License is valid for one business only.

License Terms:

• License applies only to the selected design.
• License is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
• Digital files may not be shared, sold, or redistributed in any format.
• Seamless files may not be resold as digital products, whether original or modified.
• Designs may not be used to create clipart, templates, alphas, or other digital products for resale.
• This license does not allow fabric yardage resale. A Fabric Shop License is required for yardage sales.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring suppliers do not share, distribute, or retain files beyond production purposes.
